Medical training and experience
Dr Arash began his medical journey in Iran, where admission to medical school is exceptionally competitive. Candidates are assessed through a demanding national entrance examination, with only the highest-performing students securing a place. Through years of determination, discipline and hard work, he earned his place and successfully completed his medical degree.
Following graduation, he undertook extensive professional training in non-surgical medical aesthetics and continued developing his knowledge and practical skills to an advanced level. He later established his own clinic in Tehran, gaining extensive hands-on experience in facial assessment, facial rejuvenation and personalised treatment planning.
Alongside clinical practice, Dr Arash delivered practical workshops and trained other practitioners in advanced aesthetic techniques, including dermal fillers, PDO and Silhouette Soft thread lifting, facial rejuvenation and mesotherapy.
After building his career in Iran, he spent approximately six months practising in Dubai and working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Following his move to the United Kingdom, his medical qualification was formally assessed in the UK and he obtained a Level 7 qualification in aesthetic practice.

For Dr Arash, medical aesthetics has never been simply a career or a source of income. What he values most is seeing how a carefully planned treatment can help someone feel more confident, comfortable and positive about their appearance.

Medical and NHS career
Dr Zahra began her medical journey in Iran, earning her place at medical school through the country's highly competitive national entrance examination. Her achievement was the result of determination, discipline and years of hard work, followed by the successful completion of her medical degree.
After moving to the United Kingdom, she completed the required medical examinations and professional assessments, obtained full registration with the General Medical Council and entered the NHS.
Dr Zahra currently works at the National Spinal Injuries Centre (NSIC) at Stoke Mandeville Hospital as an NHS doctor specialising in spinal cord injury rehabilitation. The NSIC is an internationally recognised centre providing specialist acute care, comprehensive rehabilitation and lifelong follow-up for people with spinal cord injuries.
Working within this highly specialised multidisciplinary environment has strengthened her clinical judgement, attention to detail and ability to understand the individual needs of every patient. These qualities guide her aesthetic practice at ARISA Clinic.
